What to do about boredom in the guild

We all have our own thing we do in the game. For the most part we all want to striive to achieve levels, obtain gear and yes rank. That is what this game is about. However...being in a guild one would beleive that it would be easier to do all the things we set our goals for.

1. There is power in numbers--makes farming easier for gold, fbs, gear, items and quest items.

2. In partnering up ( DUO) with another guildie in same level range..you get to know your guildies better, you help each other and the corporate world calls this NETWORKING.

3. With keeping the farming, plvling or pp in the guild it builds the sense of unity, loyalty and support for each other.

4. When new members come to guild we can not assume they played for on OS or for that matter ever before. So by NOT including new members in our daily routines how will they learn....?

They will go to outside sources and find out and be taught and we will lose a potentially excellent player because we did not train them ourselves.

5. Bossing, GRB, PVP and all the other raids are the backbones of guilds but we do need to consider our daily routine and try to incorporate new members.
